The Disappearance of Kori Smith

49 year old Kori Smith was last seen in Nicholasville, Kentucky on May 6, 2025. She was last seen with her employer around 11:00 pm.

Disappearance

At 8:30 pm on May 6, 2025, Kori Smith was seen by clerks at a BP gas station in Nicholasville, Kentucky. At 11:00 pm, she was last seen with her employer at her place of work, Swedish Auto, located at 215 Normandy Court.

She hasn’t been seen or heard from since.

Kori’s family was first notified about her disappearance on May 12, after she failed to show up for her second job at Lil’s Coffee House in Paris. They then learned she had failed to return to her apartment to feed her cat, Max, or pick up her paycheck.

Loved ones say it’s uncharacteristic of her to go missing without warning and that she would never leave her cat behind.

Investigation

Following her disappearance, Kori’s vehicle was towed from Swedish Auto.

Kori’s parents, Don and Carol Smith from Boise, Idaho, have traveled to Kentucky multiple times to search and post flyers.

Her family has hired a private investigator and is offering a reward of $5,000 for information leading to her location.

Appearance

White female with brown hair and brown eyes. Kori stands 5’2 tall and weighs 140-150 pounds. She has a tattoo on her right ankle.
